Booking Conditions and Cancellations

Deposit Rules

• One-night deposit is due at the time of reservation, with the remainder of the balance due 48 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• RV SITES
  • For guests with stays shorter than 30 nights (“short-term guests”) (i) cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit, Less $20, up to the date that is 14 days or more prior to your scheduled check-in date, (ii) cancellations made after the date that is 13 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, but prior to arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all required deposits previously paid, and (iii) no refunds will be given for any cancellation following your check-in date. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.

  VACATION RENTAL SITES

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly facility and pets are permitted in first floor rooms at the hotel. Pet fees will apply. Please keep your dog on a leash at all times outside of your accommodation.
